 Can I return my order and get a refund?

If you wish to request a refund, change the size, switch the product, or make any modifications to your order, you must contact us before your order has been shipped.

Once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to accommodate refunds, exchanges, or any changes at that stage.

Can I exchange my item if the size doesn’t fit?

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item, size, color, or a damaged product. Please contact us within 72 hours with photo evidence.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once approved:

  • A free replacement will be shipped to you
  • No additional charges will apply

Are discounted or promotional items eligible for return?

  • Items reported after 72 hours of delivery
